High Altitude Lavender Oil – Himalayan

This unique lavender variety (Lavandula Angustifolia) thrives at elevations ranging from 4,000 to 5,000 ft in the foothills of the Himalayas. The intensity of the odour is a must to experience for lavender connoisseurs.

The combination of fresh, low oxygen air, clean water, hot daytime sun and cool nights contribute to the higher levels of ester components, particularly Linalyl acetate. This gives the oil a sweeter, more intense aroma than lavender varieties grown at ground level.
