Our goal is to meet all customer needs by offering a wide range of high quality, sustainable products from around the world with know-how throughout, from the farmers’ fields to your facility.
We import directly from our producer partners into our facility in the Netherlands for our EU customers and into the UK headquarters for our British customers.
At Khush Ingredients, we prioritise establishing long lasting partnerships with ethical suppliers to provide our customers with transparency, traceability, and trust.

PROVENANCE OF BUYING DIRECT
Khush Ingredients places strong importance on provenance by sourcing ingredients directly from producers. This direct approach allows us to understand exactly where our ingredients come from and how they are grown, processed, and handled. By working closely with origin suppliers, we maintain strong visibility across the supply chain while supporting consistent quality, traceability, and reliability through clear communication.
Our sourcing approach is built on trust and transparency, with carefully selected genuine and pure ingredients that are responsibly cultivated, environmentally conscious, and fully traceable to their origin—allowing us to deliver dependable supply and standards that meet both customer and regulatory expectations.

TECHNICAL EXPERTISE
Our Technical department efficiently supports customers throughout the product development process, from early concept stages to finished formulations. We work with you to identify suitable ingredients, understand functional requirements, and address technical or regulatory considerations.
With physical testing capabilities and all documentation created in-house, we aim to offer clear, reliable guidance based on experience and real-world application. Due to our network and presence in industry associations, we are one step ahead of keeping up to date with regulation and documentation changes.
INNOVATION AND HANDLING CHALLENGING IMPORTS
Our team is continually exploring new and inspiring ingredients to expand our portfolio and bring innovative options to our customers. We understand that importing certain materials can present challenges, whether related to Organic certification, CITES regulations, or other compliance requirements, and we handle every stage to ensure all products are imported legitimately with fully traceable documentation.
In addition, we offer a range of products registered under REACH in both the UK and EU, all researched and managed in-house by our team. Khush Ingredients proudly holds the only UK REACH registrations for Himalayan Cedarwood and Cananga oils.
SMOOTH SUPPLY CHAIN
Leave the importing to us! Every new batch is carefully checked and approved before we arrange full pallet or container shipments. Wherever possible, we prioritise sea and road freight, importing directly into Khush Ingredients’ facilities in Eynsham (UK) and Woudenberg (Netherlands), as well as our third-party customs bonded warehouse in Rotterdam.
By holding stock locally, our customers can draw from approved batches whenever required, providing greater flexibility, reliable lead times, and a smooth, efficient supply chain.
