If you’re attending, don’t forget to stop by and see us – we’ll be showcasing our application of Pink Peppercorn Essential Oil as a natural flavour ingredient in our new Pink Peppercorn Vodka.
Come and give it a try and discover how this distinctive flavour can elevate your creations.

Our Partnership with Skegness Distillery

Created in partnership with Skegness Distillery, we’ve crafted a bespoke vodka replacing botanicals with essential oils, producing a drink with an infusion of natural and vibrant notes complimented by a hint of sweetness.
The flavour is rich with exotic, subtly spicy, and slight citrusy notes of the pink peppercorn fruit.
We recommend this vodka is best served chilled with a soda water.
Brazilian Heritage
The secret behind both our Pink Peppercorn Vodka and the Pink Peppercorn Oil lies in an intriguing connection to Brazil. The plant is sourced from Espírito Santo by our producer Kaapi Ingredients and is native to Atlantic Forest biomes.
Pink Peppercorns thrive in a variety of environments, including arid areas as is particularly resilient to drought. This makes for an ideal species to reforest degraded lands, enhancing local biodiversity. Moreover, there is an emergence of farmers that are starting to grow the plant as it is a safer investment for smaller production sites.
In Skegness, the vodka is distilled using an authentic Brazilian Stil, which originates from São Paulo, the same city where the oil is processed.
This connection of Brazilian heritage between the vodka and oil creates a story that brings the flavour to life – the Spirit of Skegness meets the Spirit of Carnival!
