Description:
Palmarosa oil is favoured for its sweet, rose-like scent. This means that Palmarosa oil sometimes finds favour as an enhancing agent for soaps and cosmetic products. The chemical component geraniol gives Palmarosa its characteristic scent as well as its numerous medicinal and household uses. It has been shown to be an effective repellent for insects like mosquitoes.
